Our Founder, Scott Sherman, PhD (Instructional Systems, FSU, 1987) worked with leading instructional design firms in California and Florida prior to creating COBALT in the Bay Area in 1990. We systematically improve key competencies to improve sales, customer satisfaction and profits.
We are highly involved in our local community and sponsor an internship program to support diversity.
